Built throughout the shell of the Troy Lee Designs D4 is a series of strategically placed vents that help to release built up heat and moisture with a focused front air intake system that channels high air flow through a polymer chin bar center and power grid side mesh. Safety and comfort are combined inside the shell of the D4 Helmet thanks to the anatomic 3D cheek pad set that fits snug without being too constrictive, and the collarbone suspension system that relieves impact to the body at the base of the helmet in the instance of a crash.
