Eclat Force Brake Pads Description:

The Eclat Force Brake Pads are a lightweight and strong brake pad with several options to find the pad perfect for your set up. The Force pads are available using the traditional regular bolt set up as well as a female bolt option. The female bolt set up keeps the pads a bit more low-profile to prevent your foot getting caught on the bolt.

The Force pads are also available in a black or a clear compound. The black is the more traditional, medium compound. These work well on all rims, specifically chrome rims. The clear pads are a super soft compound with a ton of bite. These, if set up right, can stop you on a dime; great for those doing big, technical tricks. Due to the high grip, these pads can be pretty noisy. Not ideal for all riders but its the price you pay for such great performance.

NOTE: We do NOT recommend riding clear pads with chrome rims. This combination can grab too well and potentially rip the rubber off the brake pad. Clear pads are intended for colored rims only.
